The Glass Jar studio is the premiere recording facility in west Texas and is a complete full-service audio digital recording facility located in Abilene, TX specializing in genres ranging from indie rock to folk acoustic and everything in between. The Glass Jar was started by Producer/ engineer/ drummer Kevin Peters as a ministry to young bands getting their start in the music industry. Over the past seven years, Kevin has traveled across the United States playing drums for different bands and worship leaders including Billy and Cindy Foote, Ross King, Billy Bob White, Jeff Berry, Tyler Dodds, Lane Oliver, Until Then, and Will Norvell.  He has taken all that experience of working with different bands and applied that to his philosophy of recording and producing albums.  The Glass Jar Studio strives to record albums that the artist can and will be proud of.  We do not seek to change artists or make them into something they're not.  We desire to work closely with artists to give them the project of their dreams, not the project of our dreams.
